Kelsey Kipp is a Kindergarten teacher at East Pennsboro Elementary School.  She is also a volunteer for Girls on the Run.  Kelsey has been teaching since 2019. She received her BS in Elementary Education (PK-4) and Special Education (K-8) from West Chester University in 2019, and her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Pennsylvania State University in 2025.

Kelsey says:  "I live in York County with my husband, our dog, Murphie, and our daughter, who we just welcomed in June 2026. Some of my hobbies include getting outdoors, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with my friends and family. Coffee, dogs, Target, and the beach are some of my favorite things. During football season, I love cheering on Penn State and the Steelers. I have loved getting to know the East Pennsboro community during my time as an educator at EPE over the last few years!"
